Programme structure

Krutham designed the programme and is the fund administrator. Krutham has assigned a dedicated team of resources to manage the day-to-day operations of Jobs Boost through the Employment Outcomes NPC. Krutham is a research-led consulting house that was founded in South Africa in 2008 and now operates globally. It combines financial skills with development and social impact skills to research, design and implement impact investing solutions from products to policy.

The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation commissioned Krutham to design the programme with support from the Presidency as part of the PYEI. The NSF, part of DHET, is funding the outcomes and implementation of the programme exclusively.
